A common growing pain

If someone has to keep chasing the process, it will not scale.

This is for a founder or operations lead who can point to one part of onboarding that gets slower and messier as more customers arrive.

01

Copying the same details

Your team moves customer information between emails, documents, spreadsheets, and the CRM.

02

Chasing people for updates

Someone is always waiting for a document, an approval, or an answer before work can move.

03

Checking every small step

The process only runs well when one experienced person watches it from start to finish.

The 10-day AI onboarding automation audit

In 10 days, you will know what to fix first.

I learn how the work happens today, look at a few real examples, and find the smallest useful improvement. You leave with a plan your team can act on.

01

A simple view of the current process

See where the work starts, who touches it, where it gets stuck, and what takes the most time.

02

The best place to start

Know which repetitive step is worth improving first—and which ideas are not worth the effort.

03

A practical build plan

Get a clear plan for the first small version, including what it should do and how to test it.

04

A straight answer

Leave knowing whether to build it now, improve the process without AI, or leave it alone.

If it is not worth building, I will say that plainly.

Work that has already met a real business

I build the work, then own the outcome.

I have built client experience systems, internal operations tools, and products people use across fintech, retail, education, and communities.

The job is never to add AI for its own sake. It is to make one slow, confusing, or fragile part of the business work better.

How it works

Show me how the work happens today.

We can work from conversations, screenshots, sample files, and examples with customer details removed. You do not need to hand over logins.

  1. Before day 1

    Pick one problem

Choose the part of onboarding that repeats often, has a clear owner, and causes a real delay or cost.

  2. Days 1–4

    Walk through the work

Show me what happens from start to finish, including the awkward cases and the places people get stuck.

  3. Days 5–8

    Choose the best fix

Compare AI, simple automation, and process changes to find the option that gives the most value for the least risk.

  4. Days 9–10

    Leave with a plan

Get the findings, the recommended first step, a practical build plan, and a recorded walkthrough.

Optional next step

Want help building it? That can come next.

If the audit finds something worth building, I can scope a small three-week pilot. We test it with sample information first, and your team stays in control of important decisions.

Frequently asked

Before we start.

Do you need our system logins?

No. We can start with conversations, screenshots, sample files, and information with customer details removed. You do not need to share logins.

What if AI is not the right answer?

Then I will say so. A simple automation, a process change, or doing nothing can be the right answer.

Who actually does the work?

Abhishek handles the calls, the analysis, and the final plan. If a later build needs another engineer, you will know who is joining before work starts.

Can you work with a US team?

Yes. The work is remote, calls are scheduled with agreed US overlap, and most review happens between calls.

Can you build the pilot afterward?

Yes, if the audit finds something worth building. A small three-week pilot is priced separately, usually between $3,500 and $5,000. The audit work is yours either way.
